There are two types of cholesterol's in the blood. LDL, the bad one and HDL the good one. When you increase the HDL, LDL goes down. Now you can increase the HDL by taking exercises daily and taking more of amino acids in your foods. You get amino acids in omega3. This omega3, you get in fish oil and also in olive oil and primrose oil. You should add these oils in your diet.Or you can take supplements for Omega3.
