My Blood Pressure Rises And I Get Dizzy And Paranoid

im an occasional smoker, my blood pressure rises and I get dizzy and paranoid when I cant smoke. Is this normal I have stopped smoking for about 2 weeks now. sometimes I have a hard time breathing and i get paranoid and dizzy and i have chest pain. iv been an occasional smoker since i was 13..now im 19.

Congratulations on becoming a non-smoker !! It is a fantastic thing you have done, keep it up. The symptoms you describe sound just like anxiety, and will disappear as time goes by. A really good tactic (if it's possible) is to go for a walk or run when this happens. If that is not possible, you may be able to try some stress relievers like slow breathing and relaxation techniques. See the link below. Best of luck and well done.
