hi i m 34 ur old , unmarried girl,height 5.3 , 5vital stats 32-30-3. my weight is 45 kg. What would be the ideal stats for me? my arms and legs are thin but entire abdominal area is fatty now , its 30 inches around the abdomen . if this problems due to thyroid or hormonal changes, can be this cure with yoga? what can be the reason behind the same? i m doing yoga to cure this surya namaskar etc , will this improve the same?

How is your diet. You probably are having relatively more diet for your activity. You need to avoid fried food, junk food, oily food, fatty food, colas. Eat more fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Do daily brisk walking for 40 minutes. Get 6-8 hours of sleep a day. Get your thyroid hormones checked and if periods irregular then you may have hormonal disturbance. Consult your Doctor in such cases.
