My all part of the body muscle are weak

my muscles weak so sir pain is done in all part of body hello sir good morning sir i am 20 years old. sir my problem is that my all part of body muscle weak so therefor when i walking or try to running then i not run properly and pains is start and i not hard work like carry the weight

With the above given history and symptoms at this age of 20 yrs, we cannot come to diagnosis.. you need to be clinically examined and evaluated to find the cause.. there are many reasons for weakness from anaemia to muscular Dystrophy.. do not neglect, hence consult a physician..

Hi Sandip,
It seems that you are under weight and so facing this problem.
Then you go for good nourishing food with high protein diet,green veges,salads, fresh fruits and dry fruits.
If your weight is alright and no other problem then your problem is because of lack of exercise and active physical work,
Go for walking,running, swimming and jogging.
you start gradually and go for more exercise.
take multivitamin,B complex,calcium supplements.
