I cannot comment much on the Kidney damage because the BUN/Creatinine ratio appears in the normal range, though towards higher side. Can you tell me the Symptoms of this Patient. Is she an alcoholic. Did you test for Hepatitis. The treatment depends on the cause. Alcohol if consumed needs to be stopped. Does she have bleeding tendency as well. Any swelling of abdomen and legs. Please reply.
