My BP was 165 over 101. Should I be worried ?

I have a lot of stress in my life. We re broke. I was laid off about 3 months ago. I m very very over weight. I ve tried to lose weight but nothing works. I barely eat an when I do it s usually chicken and veggies and some fruit. Any suggestions?

call your doctor your bp is high When mine is high I call the doctor and follow his treatment normally take a blood pressure pill feel dizzy and weak go to the e.r.
