My BP Is 158/94. Do I Need Anti Hypertension Medication ?
hI, i had a full medical check up, all was ok except my bp read 158/94. I m 44yrs old male. my mother is a hypertension patient. Do i need anti hypertension medication.Another bp reading the nextday was 161/94. the dr recommended rasilez 150mg daily. what is your opinion

If your blood pressure is high for 3 consecutive occasions, it can be said that your are hypertensive. For which medication , along with dietary changes (low fat & low salt, low sugar) , lifestyle changes are ESSENTIAL.
