The first thing i would like to know is what is your age?The blood pressure of 145/85 is slightly higher than exact normal of 120/80 but it can be after you walk;or do any work.If you are with in 40 yrs then get the BP checked for 2-3 days after sitting in a place for some time ;i hope it will be normal. If it is normal you can exercise. Also if you are hypertensive & on medicine then you need to consult your doctor & he will guide with the exercises that you can do.
