Yes it is OK!
Systolic blood pressure (the first number) is so variable that a minor elevation of 130 rather than 120 is meaning less. Had your BP been measured on both arms while either lying down, sitting or standing you would have gotten different numbers each time. So RELAX! (applies to some of those giving answers too)
