My 3 Months Daughter Suffering From Cold And Motion Passing Along With Urine

dear dr my daughter is 3months old .10days on words she is suffering with cold problem .night times she is suffering with stuffy nose.feeling difficult to take breath .from two days onwards she is releasing motion with green color and along with urin is there any problem?also she is suffering with sever cough. how do i give releaf to her

Looks like your baby has developed infection of upper respiratory tract i t would be better if you took the baby to the doctor for the same and the green motions if associated with foul smell could be due to infection bring it to the notice of the doctor.
