Good Day
You need to continue giving the medication as your Paediatrician has advised. Don't give large boluses of water but try giving water in clean spoonfulls. This will help prevent vomiting. Keep the child well hydrated with ORS if dehydrated.

hi,
as per the birth weight present body wt.is normal. When baby vomit only while feeding it called positing.human stomach capacity is only 3% of body weight any over feeding will cause positing.the fear of feeding will causes more positing. You can only divert his mind while feeding.
