Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Your symptoms are attributed to some kind of fibromyalgia or ankylosing spondilytis, both in differential diagnosis for which -
1.Undergo appointment with a orthopedist and a neurologist/rheumatologist for physical examination for the group of muscles affected, for the joints involved and for tender points in the body, status of spine on X ray( to rule out ankylosing spondilytis), blood test for HLA-27B antigen,
2. Your history is suggestive for both conditions
3.Treatment can be initiated on correct diagnosis
Routine pain relievers may give temporary benefit and specific drugs can be started after knowing diagnosis
4. Physiotherapy will contribute significantly in maintainig mobility
