Muscle Pain In Arms, Shoulders, Hands, Had Disc Bulge, Tingling. Reason For Pain?

iI have a mild disc bulg at C4c5 on right and a protrusion in left side of C6c7 I have a lot of muscle pain in both arms and shoulders and hands but more severe on right side. After car accident 17 months ago I had severe pain and rifling in right arm. Now have tingling in both sometime but still worse on right. I just can't get better. Why am I having so much pain still.

What you are experiencing is known as radiculopathy. It is due to compression of nerve roots by bulging disc. This is cause of pain and tingling in upper limb.
Ther are many treatment modalities with medicines, physiotherapy, epidural injection. If you are not get better with this surgery is another option.
