Multiple Muscles Suddenly Feel Very Odd, Not Cramping, Dead, Tight Feeling. Reason?

I am having multiple muscles suddenly feel very odd, not cramping, but a weird kinda dead yet tight feeling? And then its really hard to get that body part to move, example it keeps hitting my pointy finger of left hand ...and then I have to really concentrate struggle to get it to bend/move. Once I get it to do that a couple times, it goes away for awhile. It s hitting right leg top and bottom, left leg/ foot , and left hand

Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
From your query, i Suspect you may be suffering from Hypocalcemia.

It is due to low serum calcium levels in blood.
You complaints of muscle spasm in lower limb especially in leg and foot.

It is better to check the blood calcium level immediately and treat correctly.
You may need the Intravenous calcium glucoconate immediatly depends upon Blood calcium levels)
Because it may cause life threatening conditions like Laryngospasm ( Spasm of Laryngeal muscles) and Arrhythmias.

Hope this helps.
Kindly consult your Physician.
If any doubt kindly reply.
Take care.
