Multi Nodual Goiter, Please Suggest
Why, in cases of multi nodual goiter , can I not find any information on doctors performing laser surgery to zap the noduals and leave the rest of the thyroid in tact as opposed to using radioactive iodine to kill the whole thyroid ?

Why dont u try medication first, surgery is sought when a condition doesnt respond to medicn.
