Muffled Ear, Pain In The Chest, Tired. Need A Cure
I have a muffled right ear and aching across the chest area. I generally feel under the weather and not myself. Very very tired, slightly sick feeling, lost of interest in everything, no motivation. I have been suffering with my ear on and off since November and each time prescribed antibiotics, but it keeps coming back. I have had a back tooth that has played me up for the last couple of years and I have never had this treated, could this have any involvement in how I am feeling now?

Poor dental hygiene could cause pain which may be felt in ear (same side ear) this is known as referred pain..
You must also take care of reflux ,i think this is the root cause in your disease.
Reflux causes ear pain,chest pain, dental caries.
You must take
Betadine gargle 2 tsf in half glass of water for gargle 3 times a day
Tab. Mucinac 600 once daily
Tab. Omeprazole 20 mg +Domperidom 30mg two times a day half an hour before meals
Syp. Digene gel 2 tsf two times a day half an hour before meals
Cap. Zevit (multivitamin) twice daily
Keep head end of bed elevated.
Avoid alcohol, Smoking
Do brisk walking daily
Go for walk after dinner
Avoid spicy food
Avoid late night coffee
follow up after 7 days.
