Mucus Passing From The Bowel. Can It Be For Having Food ?

4 times of passing mucus discharge only. Could it be anything else than eating too much proteins and fats (especially of animal origins) and a reaction to food substance? Thank you

Hi Ed,

Welcome to HCM.
Passing of mucous could be a form of diarrhoea. Intestinal amoebiasis can also present in this manner.
Get a stool examination done. If E.H. Cysts are seen in the stool, then you will need anti- amoebic drug treatment. If other bacteria are seen it will need to be treated accordingly.
Best is to consult a doctor.
