Moving Lump Below The Rib Cage. Is This A Cause For Concern?

I am a 70 year old male in general good health. I am 6'-2" and weigh 205. I play tennis two - three days a week.
I noticed a small node-like lump just below my ribcage on my left side.it is not sensitive and can be moved around with my fingers.it is about the size of a small acorn. should I be concerned?
I have been on a high protein low carb diet for about two months and have lost 25 pounds.

Hi,
Thanks for using healthcaremagic.
The small lump should not be a cause for concern.By description it seems like a small lipoma. You should be concerned it it grows in size and should seek medical help for it.
Your weight loss can be explained by your diet and exercise schedule.
Do seek medical help if it increases in size.
Hope it sorts your problem.
