The most common cause of this are infections. However, you are not reporting any signs or symptoms that suggest any infection now. Did you have any infection about the time you first noticed these lumps? If yes, then you need not take any further actions. If it is no clear to you, I would suggest that you get them checked out by your primary care physician just to make sure that they don t represent any other concerning underlying pathology.
