Movable Knot Under The Breast. Cause?

What could cause a knot to appear under my breast but in the middle. Sometimes the knot is there and sometimes it isn t.

hello and welcome,

It seems that you have a fibroadenoma. It is a non cancerous fluid filled cyst of the breast. Usually they are multiple and may also grow. They may recur after removal. However it is better to get a breast examination and an FNAC or excision of the cyst for a final diagnosis.
