hey there i have had 5 days of spotting a week before my period was due very light pink barley visible, then i got my period 3 days late, prior to all this i have been feeling nauseous every morning and threw out the day i have had headaches, not hot and cold flushes like a fever just change in temperature like i will be hot one moment and then cold the next, i have had pain sharp shooting pain in my lower abdomen area were the feliopen tubes are kinda area and sometimes shoots down my leg, really bad back pain, my breast have been sore and one is swollen has been for 8 days now no swollen limp nodes, loss of appetite constantly tired have done 4 pregnancy test all negative, sometimes feel spaced out and clumsy, i have a regular 28 a cycle and is always on time. i have been to the doctors twice now and they just said its nothing to worry about, but i have been feeling like this and have had these pains for 9-10 days now and starting to get really concerned
