Modus 10 is a Medroxyprogesterone and is used for :-
-secondary amenorrhoea
-abnormal uterine bleeding or DUB due to fibroid;
-hormonal imbalance
-endometrosis
So as long as a female is taking this medicine she will not get pregnant even if she does unprotected sex if she has not missed a pill and is taking regularly.
