Moderate lower abdominal pain that seems to favour my left side

16 year old female. I have moderate lower abdominal pain that seems to favour my left side, I have seen many doctors but they just dismiss me. i have had it continually for 4 days now, it keeps me up and im now very tired. it started sudden but now it gradually gets worse and noone in my A+E department is of any help! im only 16 years old and I am on 50mg of tramadol, 50mg of diclofenic and 30mg of codine. I am on a detox of all medications and it is getting worse each day! please help!

My 16 year old daughter has a very similar case of abdominal pain to you she has had it since february 1st and has had 3 lots of ultrasounds and ct scans blood tests and urine test, also took her to another doctor and did second round of scans and test, still no answers to where the pain is coming from, she is on tramal too, did you find out what it was, I just desperate to help her, I even tried trush oral medication as one of her teachers said she may have thrush in her bladder and to try that, just thought I would ask in case you might have a clue to help us, worried Mum, Alwyn Watson Im on Facebook too and

The way and the area of abdomen you are pointing at make me diagnose IBS. Be regular with your diet. In ayurveda we recommend hingwashtak churan with panchamrit parpiti, Tab . lashunadi vati and tab. chitrak adi vati.

you can take CIPROTZ-500 3 TIMES A DAY,cataspa 1 tab 3 times a day,1 tab zentel once only at night.The first two medicines should be taken for five days. That will take care of your problem

Pain in lower abdomen can be because of gastric problem like constipation, have a diet rich with fibers and drink plenty of fluids, other possibilty is kidney stone or urine infection- Get urine tests and ultrasound done. To exclude gynecology causes also ultrasound is must. For time being you can try hot fomentation for pain relief.
