Dr. Delos Cosgrove of Cleveland clinic hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. He specializes in mitral valve repair and replacement. He also designed a ring which can be inserted in the mitral valve which can be used in some cases instead of replacing the valve - it's called the Cosgrove ring. Check him out on line.
