Missing Periods, Odd Feeling In Belly, Headache, Sore Vagina, Bump On Tail Bone. Any Suggestion?

Today is my due date and I havnt started dilating at all But been getting pains in te upper part of my belly as well as feeling really odd like I have a headache but I don t I have a stomach ache but I don t my vagina feels really sore and tender hurts to get out of bed and to walk and my tail bone is swollen so bad that there s an actual bump on it should I go to the er or wait it out

All pregnant ladies who have reached there due date should report to their doctor even if there is no sign of labor. Having symptoms, like you is another indication for a doctors visit.
Hope all is well with you, I suggest that you should see a doctor at the earliest.
