Missing Periods, Hot Flashes, Mood Swings, Swollen Breast, Heavy Bleeding

I haven t had a period in about 1 1/2 years. Hot flashes, mood swings, etc. I just started my period on Saturday and have had heavy bleeding just like I did before I stopped 1 1/2 years ago, swelling breasts, sore, bloating the works. I had a small blood clot as well today. I did this when I had regular periods, but about every other time. Should I be concerned?

hi,
you didn't mention your age,
in case of menopausal age group, absence of periods for more than one year should be taken as attainment of menopause.
and post menopausal bleeding is always to be taken seriously and treated.
in case of reproductive age group, you didn't mention the reason why you didn't have periods like usage of IUD etc.
anyhow you have to visit local gynecologist and undergo checkup.
take care.
