Hello, thanks for using health care magic.
Abortion has a medico-legal implication and is done only when the medical and legal conditions necessary have been attained.
Different countries have different laws regarding abortion and pills are prescribed only to pregnancy within a given gestational age. Other medical conditions such as ectopic, severe anemia, etc have to be ruled out and your blood group has to be known as well. These conditions are ensured by by a medical doctor who is also going to follow you up and will be stand bye in case of any complication especially abundant bleeding due to retained products of conception.
So, in as much as many abortion pills exist in the market, it will be wise to consult a doctor before carrying out an abortion if you still have your mind made up.
Best regards and hope this helps.
