Pregnancy is unlikely if you made relations just two days before her next date as a egg is not available at that time for fertilisation. Were her Cycle regular before ? Don't worry at times stress and hormonal imbalance can lead to delay/early menstrual cycle. If she face irregular menses prior to this get her USG done to rule out polycystic ovarian syndrome.
