Missed Period, Scan Showed No Evidence Of Activity. Earlier Scan Showed Fetal Cardiac Activity And Movement. What Could Be The Cause?
my last period date was 27th april 2012, first scan was on 15th jun 2012 and the report was chorio decidual reaction is normal, foetal pole and yolk sac noted, foetal cardiac activity and movemnt are not clearly seen, cervical length is normal ovaries appear normal and scan was on 25th jun an the report was foetal pole seen no evidence of activity

Your LMP was 27th April and this is July so by now cardiac activity should be there.
If there is no cardiac activity means it is missed abortion.
Get your blood hCG levels done to make it clear
Investigate for the cause
