Hello
Thank you for your query.
Normally, after
menarche, the cycles are often irregular, but they should stabilize within a year or two.
This is normally when the hormonal hypothalamo - pituitary - ovarian axis stabilizes.
Periods being slightly late or slightly early is not of major concern.
However, not having periods for 3 months is definitely a reason to investigate.
Possible causes include - Extreme stress, anxiety, emotional upheavals, rapid weight gain or
rapid weight loss, thyroid
hormone imbalance,
polycystic ovaries, endometrial lesions etc.
The white discharge before periods is normal.
You need to see a gynecologist as you have skipped your periods for 3 months.
Hope it is not a
pregnancy ( if you are sexually active, that is )
Take care.
