Normally, after menarche

This is normally when the hormonal hypothalamo - pituitary - ovarian axis stabilizes.
Periods being slightly late or slightly early is not of major concern.
However, not having periods for 3 months is definitely a reason to investigate.
Possible causes include - Extreme stress, anxiety, emotional upheavals, rapid weight gain or rapid weight loss
, thyroid hormone imbalance
, polycystic ovaries
, endometrial lesions etc.
The white discharge before periods is normal.
You need to see a gynecologist as you have skipped your periods for 3 months.
