Missed period. Ultrasound and urine test negative. Missed the baby due to blood?

I had my last normal period April 27th-May 1st then skipped all the way till June 28th-June 30th. Ive had all the signs of pregnancy. I went for a Vaginal Ultrasound on June 27th and started my period at the Doctor s office before I even went back to see him. They done a urine test and it was negative and the transvaginal was negative to. Could they have missed the baby because I was bleeding??

Hi Jolly.

Thank you for putting up your problem to Healcare Magic!
It is very unlikely that you were really pregnant.
It may be a delayed cycle, sometimes during excessive day to day mental/physical stress the periods get delayed till you are in a better comfort.
In other cases there may be some gynecological problem related to hormonal imbalance.
Still other possibility is of pseudocyesis- which is a condition of psychogenic origin where a women with desire to get pregnant, develops signs of pregnancy even when she is not pregnant.
You need to consult your gynecologist as well.

I hope this information would be both informative and helpful for you
