Missed Period. HPT Negative. Have UTI. Suggestion?
I've been pregnant three times each time of course causing me to miss a period so once i missed a period this month i thought of course im pregnant i took a HPT it came back negative i went to the ER and took a urine test but it just came back that i had an uti could that cause my hcg levels to be low and i need to follow up w/ my obgyn later or am i not pregnant ?

In the current scenario, you could be experiencing a delayed period due to urinary infection ( which is more likely) or your pregnancy test did not detect an early pregnancy. You should go for a serum beta-hCG titre and a trans-vaginal sonogram and see your gynecologist for a review. I think your cycle would get back on to track once the urinary infection is cured.
