Missed Period. Beta HCG Test Negative. History Of Ectopic Pregnancy. Pregnant?

6 months bach I have an ectopic in mu left tube,it is removed.in this month I missed my periods,i have done betahcg test,but it shows non pregnant,this is only first time to miss my periods,is there any problem,
can u please help u?i am so worring because I don't have children,i am 24 years old,i don't have credit cards

Thanks for your query.
As the test is negative, you are mostly not pregnant.
Only in a rare situation, conditions like a subtle miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy cannot be detected by a urine test.
IT is better to confirm using a blood test or a pelvic ultrasound scan.
Also, conditions like stress, anxiety, hypothyroidism, polycystic ovaries, weight gain, travelling etc can cause a delayed period, even without a pregnancy.
It is best to consult a gynecologist as you are desirous of having an issue also.
