We understand your concerns

I sincerely don't think there is anything wrong with your health. Everyone do feel skipped beat or fluttering in heart rhythm on concentrating on it. This is not actual skip but a psychological one.

Upper abdomen feel bloated due to acidity or gastric complaints which thrust your diaphragm upwards.

Doing fast paced exercise to loose weight will definitely have psychological disadvantages. People think actually they are rapidly dwindling in weight.

Therefore, don't worry. If in doubt do consult a physician. Don't keep these doubts within you and suffer.

Good luck.
