If you are having your periods monthly and on a reliable birth control then your problem needs investigation; specially if you have other problems like head ache, breast pain, visual problems, difficulty conceiving and menstrual irregularities. Some drugs also cause this, and there could be a local problem in your breast. So, better consult a doctor for complete history & investigations. So that, you can be re-assured completely. Good luck.
