Mild Pre-eclampsia, On Bed Rest, Have Difficulty In Sleeping At Night Due To Breathing Trouble, Have Swollen Face And Tongue. Emergency?

I have been on bed rest for 4 weeks due to mild pre eclampsia . It is progressively getting harder to breathe at night to sleep laying down. I am 38 weeks 6 days and tonight my face fels more swollen and my tongue feels swollen. I weighed myself and I have gained 5 pounds in 6 days. Should I call then call doctor or wit until the morning?
