Mild Pain In Lower Back, Taking Motrin, Had Cough And Pain Became Severe. Solution?

I fell down four steps on Saturday, February 23. I had mild back pain in the lower back, right side that was controlled with Motrin. I coughed this morning and something happened in my back and now it hurts very bad in the mid back area on the right side. This pain is a bit higher than the initial pain (it feels to be just below the rib cage).

this looks like intervertebral disc prolapse , this as to be evaluated and mostly can be managed with drugs
