Migraine for 3 weeks about an hour after I wake up and lasts all day.sore face, cheeks nose; thought it was sinusitis . Then my headaches started getting better a few days ago and I got a lot of pain in my upper back, a stiff neck which has started going into my chest area. Then this morning a yellow/ brown cloudy liquid started pouring from my nose for a few minutes, now instant migraine and dizziness again. Diagnosis?
