Hello taryndm,

Welcome to the forum. It seems you are suffering from inherent migraine which is now getting complicated with sinus headache. You should have an X-ray PNS done to rule out any sinus as it will trigger migraine. Get treated well if PNS report is positive for sinus. You may need mucolytics, antibiotics and nasal saline wash. Do consult an ENT specialist.

Some migraines are triggered with food like caffeine, alcohol, cheese, shellfish, seafood, chocolate, etc. You should study yourself to localize any of these factors to get rid of the situation. Dizziness can be because of anemia as you have lost weight, get your routine blood tests done to investigate your general health.

Avoid stress and too much anxiety, meditate or perform yoga under an expert to stay fit. Naproxen and acetaminophen may give you relief. Your doctor may need to give you some ant-depressants as well ( take medicines after clinical examination with your doctor and never take over-doses)

Deep sleep gives much relief to a tired brain and is good for psychological distress. Try to sleep well, you can change your pillow and mattress. Eat well but get more cautious about the food or drugs that triggers your migraine. Take brisk walk early in the morning so that you inhale plenty of oxygen.
Have a good day, take care.
