Migraines, Headaches On Waking, Disturbed Sleep. Taking Painkillers. Treatment?

hi i am a mother and a wife and 51 years old.i have suffered from migraine for years.now for a year also i have to deal with headaches that start in the early mornings of the day.i go to bed well and get up around 3am with a painful head.i will have to take pain killers for the pain to go.please tell me what is going on with me.

These symptoms are typical of tension headache. Your will get better with naproxyn thrice daily for 3 days acute relief and also tryptomer or S-citalopram will be required for prophylaxis to prevent recurrent attacks. Visit a neurologist for confirming the diagnosis and treatment
