Unfortunately would not be able to provide the medication but may be able to advise you where you may be seen and possibly prescribed your medications if necessary.

You may want to consider seeing a pain management specialist for this medication.

You can determine if there are any in your area by either speaking to your general doctor or by using any web based programs.
There are different web sites that can help you find a doctor in your area such as healthgrades.com, zocdoc.com, webmd physician directory.
