Mid Back Pain, Bad Taste In Mouth, Nausea After Eating, Racing Heart, Dizziness

I have pain mid back et side bad taste in my mouth after I eat. Feel sick nausea after I eat. Some times the pain is so bad my heart races and I burp a lot. If I don t eat or eat low fat seams to be better. I m weak dizzy and have lite energy. I ve had a ultrasonund which found nothing. I also get a pain about three inchs below my rib cage also right side

It is gastroesophageal reflux disease. You need to bring some lifestyle changes- Avoid fried , spicy foods. Avoid carbonated drinks. Drink lot of water. Do not sleep immediately after taking meals. Do not keep your stomach empty have 5-6 small meals rather than 2 major meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Fast food should be avoided, instead snack on fruits. Exercise daily for 45 minutes 5 times a week.
