Metal Plate In Humerus After Trauma, Regained Movement, Severe Pain, Elbow Locking Up. Advice?

I have a metal plate in my humerus from a an accident that occurred almost two years ago. I was told I would not even be able to move my arm again due to the extensive nerve damage. Thankfully, through physically therapy I was able to regain all movement. I am having severe pain problems an issues with my elbow locking up. Should I see a pain specialist?
