Met With An Accident, Lately Noticed Hands Shake When Holding Something. Is It Something To Be Worried About?

Hi I was involved in a motor Vehicle accident yest. Everyone is fine, except I did get a little banged up on my left arm. Doesn't hurt at all, but noticed my hand is shaking when holding something. Feels a bit strange in my arm, Is this just a jolt to a nerve, Should I have it looked out, or will it just be ok in a couple days?

you have a slight tremor, probably from the stress or anxiety from the accident. It is unlikely, my friend, that you have a serious neurological condition. Most likely your symptoms will go way in a few days and do not medical attention at this time. If tremor continues, eliminate caffeine and decongestants, which may worsen it, and try to avoid excessive alcohol, which will make it temporarily better but of course is unsafe to your body to do habitually or chronically. have a good day and the less you focus on it, the more likely it will go away.
