Menopausal. Bleeding During Intercourse. Matter Of Concern?

I'm 54 years old and lately bleed while having intercourse. It doesn't happen all the time. I am menopauslal and haven't had a period for about 2 years. Is it something I should be concerned about? I'm not one to run to doctors. If at all possible, I do my best to avoid seeing a doctor by taking care of myself through exercise, a high quality non GMO Nutritional system, faith and hanging out with positive people. So if I don't have to go see a local doctor, that would make me very happy. :)

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Due to menopause there develops depletion of estrogen and so there develops dryness in in the vagina so during intercourse mild (( sometimes heavy ) bleeding is very common ,so need not to worry and don't take any tension.
As you stated that you are a regular exerciser so you are healthy ,do your regular exercise .
Sometimes take Vitamin B 12 one tablet / day for 10 day after every 5-6 months . Good luck.
