Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
Your diagnosis is seizures, secondary to meningioma, a benign brain tumor.
The short term treatment would be anti-seizure medications, and you could still run.
However, surgery is the definitive treatment in the long run, and it may make you completely seizure-free. In surgery, the meningioma would be removed.
