Hello Doctor, I have Meniere s Syndrome for many years now and recently it has become worse. I am now taking betahistine 24 mg twice a day but it dkdn t seem to help much. May I ask whether I could take betahistine together with cetirizine? I am hoping that combination will be more effective. Please advise. Thank you.
