Hi I have severe gas pains all the time, and cramps and my lower abdominal is always hurting. What do youu think is wrong?? I also have rectum bleeding

It could be colitis or irritable bowel syndrome.
Avoid high fat foods and refined sugar.
Go for fibre diet with good amount of cereals and pulses.
Do not take pre processed foods including canned juices/cola
If symptoms persist you need colonoscopy to find out the reason for bleed
