Hi, Lower back pain is quite common and this pain is not necessarily due to your previous cesarean section. In the first instance you should take simple pain killers such as paracetamol or codeine. Physiotherapy may help. If the pain continues and affects your mobility and quality of life then you may benefit from visiting and orthopedic surgeon who may do an MRI scan to see if there are and problems such as prolapsed disc that might be helped by an operation.
