Your age growing age and at this age certain hormone are secreted and known as growth spurt.

You need to be examined for any kind of medical problem or endocrinal issue if everything is fine then you need to take care of diet and physical activity.

You can take help of Dietitian to take good high calories and high protein diet.
In addition may be some vitamin and supplements may be required.

In your age take some out door sport like Basket ball, Swimming, or some kind of athletics.

It is not advisable to do weight training at this age if required it may be done with light weight.
